Irizar i2e tested in Malaga

The 100% electric vehicle will be in a testing phase for six weeks. The Malaga Transport Company (Empresa Malagueña de Transportes - EMT) fleet now includes the first 100% electric, 12-metre standard bus to serve the city. The vehicle was unveiled this Wednesday, 21 September, coinciding with European Mobility Week and, during the next six weeks, it will be operating on different lines in order to check how it performs in urban service. The mayor, Francisco de la Torre, has already tested the vehicle and stressed “the EMT's commitment to sustainability in transport”.
