The Vice President of the Spanish Government, Mr Rodrigo Rato, met with Antonio Cancelo, Chairman of MCC, Koldo Saratxaga, Executive Co-ordinator of the IRIZAR Project and Juan Antonio Urteaga, Head of Spanish Customer Relations at his official residence.

Mr Rato expressed his pride at IRIZAR’s being awarded the EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management) Prize for Business Excellence, the most prestigious prize of its kind in Europe.

He also stated that “the IRIZAR model is an example that we should all follow, striving to achieve a standard of quality that is recognised at all levels of this increasingly globalised market”.
