In the Autumn Assembly, after reviewing the Strategic Thoughts, we would emphasise the following as being the most important decisions:

  • As from the beginning of 2001 no-one at IRIZAR will note overtime, whatever the timetable worked. We consider that the IRIZAR Project has reached a degree of maturity sufficient to eliminate any differences which may remain between direct and indirect staff.
  • The possibility of investment in non- bus and coach -related activities, provided that IRIZAR’s current MISSION is taken into account in the new project.
